About Wilmslow u3a membership
- It is open to anyone who has time to spare and wants to engage and explore activities to enjoy a healthy mind, healthy body and social interactions with other u3a members.
- Our membership year runs from 1 February to 31 January inclusive. But, you can join at any time.
- Annual individual membership fee is £14.00. But, if you apply to join after 1 August, a graduated concession is available.
- Our u3a is entirely funded by the members.
- Members can join one or more of our Interest Groups (if they are not full), join the Committee that runs our u3a, join centrally organised social activities (e.g. theatre outings) and offer other volunteering activities (if there is a vacancy), lead a newly formed Interest Group and help during monthly meetings.
- Interest Groups activities may involve a contribution to cover running costs (e.g. venue hire).

Gift aid
Are you a UK taxpayer? If so, you can authorise Wilmslow u3a to claim from His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) an additional 25p for every pound of your annual subscription.

Wilmslow u3a processes member information so that we can keep you informed about events, meetings, interest groups and other activities as part of your membership.
Wilmslow u3a’s lawful basis for collecting information about you is legitimate interest/contract.
